For the first half-year 2018 the Consumer Service Center (CSC) of “Penzaenergo”, a branch of IDGC of Volga PJSC (a member of Rosseti), had received 4,168 requests. In most cases the clients send inquiries on the issues of technological connection to “Penzaenergo” branch electric grids. 3402 such requests were received in the 1st half-year 2018, including 1,474 applications for connection.

For the reporting period, 977 agreements (taking into account the applications made earlier) for technological connection for the total maximum capacity of about 48.6 kW have been entered into. Apart from applications for technological connection, clients apply with a whole range of other issues related to electrification in rural settlements, issue and approval of documents. The clients also submit applications related to electric power metering, i.e. repair, installation, replacement, sealing of meters, etc.

One of areas in client-oriented policy of the branch is organization and holding of regular meetings with consumers. “Penzaenergo” management regularly organizes personal meetings with power consumers in all districts of the Region. In addition to the CSC in the city of Penza located at Pushkin/Gladkov street 1/2, consumers of the Penza region can send their applications to the production divisions of the Penzaenergo branch, which are located in Penza (Austrin str., 168A, tel. (8412) 90-88-90), Kuznetsk (Industrialnaya street 17, tel. (84157) 7-12-75), Kamenka (Sportivnaya str., 24, tel. (84156) 2-29-77), Serdobsk (Energetikov str., 16, tel. (84167) 5-74-30) and Nizhny Lomov (Shosseynaya Street 21, tel. (84154) 2-93-14).

For the clients’ convenience, applications are also received by sending them by the Russian Post. User Accounts are available at the official website of the Company (www.mrsk-volgi.ru). With its help it is possible to make applications for technological connections and other services. A request for technological connection may also be submitted via Rosseti PJSC Grid Services Portal (https://ïîðòàë-òï.ðô).
