At the regular meeting of the JSC "Territorial Generating Company # 2" Board of Directors, which was conducted in the form of a default voting, Igor Ischenko, CEO of Business Unit #1 RAO "UES of Russia", was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Alexander Branis, the Head of Moscow branch Prosperity Capital Management Ltd, was appointed to the position of a Deputy Chairman.

The new TGC-2 Board of Directors was elected on May 11 at the Annual General Stockholders meeting. It includes TGC-2 Director General Andrey Vagner, Deputy Head of Department of Corporate governance and investor relations, Corporate Centre RAO "UES of Russia" Igor Zenyukov, Deputy Head of Corporate Developments Management Department BU-1 RAO "UES of Russia" Dmitriy Melnikov, Head of the Division of Market Department, Reform Management Center RAO "UES of Russia" Yana Tulchinskaya, Managing Director Halcyon Advisors David Hern, Directors of Prosperity Capital Management Ltd Moscow office Sergey Ivashevsky and Roman Filkin, as well as the Head of Trade Operations Department LLC " Invest-financing Company ProfInvest" Vladimir Girbasov.

At the meeting the Board approved the report on the results of additional issue of JSC "TGC-2"shares, issued by means of JSC "Arkhangelsk Generating Company" shares convertion into TGC-2 shares.
