On July 23, 2004, "Yellow Pages. Moscow region and Moscow – 2004" telephone directory presentation took place at Staraya Square at the Moscow Region Government Headquarters. CenterTelecom and Svyazinvest-Media developed the directory with the participation of Moscow region Government.
