On April 28, 2006 the Board of Directors approved the place and date of Annual General

Meeting of Shareholders.

The AGM will take place on June 22, 2006 at 10.00 a.m. (local time) at the following location:

44, Kuybyshev St., Ekaterinburg, Russia. The registration of persons participating in the meeting

starts at 8.00 a.m.
