Committee of inspectors from Pechorsky Interregional Office on Environmental and Ecological Control of the State Labour Protection Department of the Ministry of Economical Development of Komi Region and Chief State Administrator on Fire Protection of Vorkuta in presence of the Company’s management conducted all-round examination.

During the examination there was checked the compliance to the Federal Law “On Industrial Safety of Dangerous Industrial Facilities”, as well as observed the safe operation conditions of the steam-boilers, pipelines, gas equipment, industrial ventiducts and chimneys. Examination was carried out on a basis of several operation factors. The main attention was focused on the industrial safety conditions and industrial control at the station, oil products storage, terror-prevention actions. Steam and hot water pipelines operation of turbine and fuel work shops was also checked. Technical condition of the station heating equipment and heat networks was tested.

The inspectors examined 5 dangerous facilities - boiler crane and fuel equipment sites, main building area, dangerous substances transportation area, heating pipelines area. 360 industrial facilities were given examination to. 31 minor violations of the relevant rules and regulations were found out. The inspectors gave instructions to eliminate them within the shortest period. In general the committee admitted the adequate compliance to the industrial safety standards.
