Until year to date, OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has once become a winner of Third-Rank Prize “Ecomir” and twice – a winner of Second-Rank Prize. The fourth participation in this project brought to the Company the title of the First-Rank Winner in the category of «Environmental Policy» for 2008 development and results of implementation of the Company Environmental Program for 2007-2015 and Environment Management Program for 2004-2008.

The solemn presentation ceremony of the National Environmental Prize “Ecomir-2009” took place on June 4 at the Russian Federation State Duma of Federal Assembly. Apart from the Winner Diploma, Kh.Kh. Gilmanov, Chief Engineer of the Company, was awarded a Certificate of Merit and an Honorable Silver Plaque of the Prize.
