June 07, 2004  The Executive board of St-Petersburg Currency Exchange make a desicion to attend North-West Telecom bond serie - 02 for listing in fund sector without including in SPCEX quatation lists.

The second bond issue of North-West Telecom was placed at the MISE at October, 7. The ammount to be placed were RUR 1,5 billions the circulation periodof the bond issue is 4 year. The coupon profit is to be paid every quarter.

The coupon yields are: 1 to 4 is 14,2% per annum, 5 to 8 is 13,2% per annum, from 8 to 16 the coupon yield will be assigned by the Board of Directors desicion.

Paying off North-West telecom 2nd bond issue will  be pass step by step - under 30% of face-value in 1092nd and 1274th day of bond circulation, 40% of face-value in 1456th day one. The pre-term paying off North-West Telecom bond is possible after 2 years of the placement date. Web-invest bank provides NWT bonds on secondary market of St-Petersburg.
