On 5th April 2010 the results of the tender for the right of making a contract of mandatory audit of OJSC N.W.Telecom’s accounting (financial) statements prepared according to the Russian Accounting Standards and audit of OJSC N.W.Telecom’s consolidated financial statements prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, for the year 2010 were summed up.

The tender committee for selecting an independent audit organization of OJSC N.W.Telecom has assessed technical and financial proposals from four participants and has recognized as the winner of the tender the independent audit organization CJSC PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit.

The results of the tender will be presented to the Board of Directors of OJSC N.W.Telecom, which is to recommend a candidate to the role of the auditor to be approved by the annual general meeting of the shareholders. A contract with the winner of the tender will be entered into, provided it is approved as the auditor of the Company by the annual general meeting of the shareholders.
