Cooperation between the companies involves joint work in design and construction of electric grid infrastructure to integrate generation facilities of Russian design into the energy systems of foreign countries using digital solutions and Russian electrical equipment.

As part of their joint activities, the parties agreed to consolidate efforts to develop and implement solutions for cyber security, managing digital areas of electric networks and energy-insulated territories, cluster digital substation, as well as risk-based asset management through the development of control, diagnosis and forecasting systems monitoring the state of electrical equipment.

The parties indicated their intention to synchronize strategies and policies in the field of technological development in the electric power industry, as well as initiate the joint development of regulatory and technical documentation.

For the purposes of the agreement, the parties agreed to develop and ensure the implementation of road maps in each direction and create separate working groups.

“Given the long-term plans for the construction of large-capacity nuclear power plants, the development of RES projects in Russia and abroad, cooperation with Rosseti will complement the integrated offer of the Russian side in foreign markets regarding the development of electric grid infrastructure,” commented Kirill Komarov.
