Alterations into the Charter and Provisions on the General meeting of shareholders and the Board of Directors are adopted. Due to effectiveness of the Federal Law # 5-F3 dated February 24, 2004 “ On Join Stock Companies” there was generate a need to make alterations into the Charter and Provisions on the General meeting of shareholders and the Board of Directors of Transneft JSC.

The General meeting held on June 29, 2004 ratified alterations previously approved by the Board of Directors.
