Moscow, 18 February, 2011 – OJSC Pharmstandard-Leksredstva announces expiry of tender offer for up to 1,850,000 Pharmstandard Ordinary Shares. 

The offer inviting shareholders to sell part or all of their shares in OJSC Pharmstandard at a price of 3000 Russian Rubles per ordinary share expired at 18:30 Moscow time on 16 February, 2011.

Today OJSC Pharmstandard-Leksredstva has indicated to the shareholders who tendered their shares the number of shares accepted from them based on the review of the submitted applications to sell shares (“ofertas”).

Share purchase agreements are being prepared and will be sent to the shareholders before 28 February 2011.

Ordinary shares properly tendered pursuant to the Offer will be accepted by OJSC Pharmstandard-Leksredstva and shareholders who tendered their shares will receive the applicable payment for such securities after their interest in such securities has been transferred to OJSC Pharmstandard-Leksredstva. The Company plans to pay for ordinary shares properly tendered no later than 15 April, 2011. OJSC Pharmstandard-Leksredstva will use its available cash to finance the payments for ordinary shares properly tendered pursuant to the Offer.
