On 17th June 2004 OJSC North-West Telecom acted as the sponsor of a Cocktail Party organized for the partner s and VIP-guests of the Second Annual St. Petersburg International Peter and Paul Jazz Festival.

North-West Telecom has chosen such form of cooperation with the organizers of the Festival, as work with VIP-clients is one of the main strategic goals in the operation of the company . At the moment, North-West Telecom is implementing a major project for the Northwestern Bank of the Savings Bank of Russia to build and ensure a round-the-clock maintenance of a corporate communication network throughout the territory of the Northwestern Federal District , which will be completely commission ed in the fourth quarter of 2005.
