The document determines the order of joint activities of the parties concerning the transition to the new system of regulation and the terms of its realization.

St. Petersburg witnessed the signing of the agreement on implementation in “Komienenrgo” branch of IDGC of North-West of the tariff regulation system based on the return on equity method. 

The document was signed by Andrey Sheremet, Tariffs Service Head of the Komi Republic and Alexander Kukhmay, General Director of IDGC of North-West.
