KAMAZ Inc. has started development of a small range bus for 24-28 passengers. This bus will be launched into production already in 2005. Initially, there will be assembled about 3,000 units per year but in future its output will be increased up to 5,000. However, annual Russian market demand for this range buses is 16,000 units min.

KAMAZ Inc. and NefAZ will manufacture a chassis and a body of this bus. It is assumed that the prototype will be developed by the end of this year. To materialize this project the Company will use its own funds.
