A Board of Directors’ Meeting has come to an end at Gazprom’s Headquarters.

The Board of Directors took into account information on preparation of Gazprom’s main draft financial documentation for 2005-2006 and positively evaluated the work done by the Management Committee in this respect.

The Management Committee was commissioned to update together with the RF Government the aforementioned documents, taking into account the specified major assumptions of the RF social and economic development for 2005 and up to 2007.

Consideration of other issues included in today’s Meeting Agenda was deferred until the next Board of Directors’ Meeting.
