At a meeting held on 27 April 2018, the Board of Directors of NLMK Group, an international steel company with operations in Russia, the US and the EU, approved the new composition of the Group’s Management Board as follows:

·         Mikhail Arkhipov - Vice President, HR & Management System (new member of the Management Board)

·         Tatiana Averchenkova - Vice President, Operational Efficiency

·         lya Guschin - Vice President, Sales

·         Barend de Vos - Vice President, International Operations

·         Sergey Likharev - Vice President, Logistics

·         Eugene Ovcharov - Vice President, Risk Management (new member of the Management Board)

·         Sergey Filatov - Managing Director

·         Sergey Chebotarev - Vice President, Energy (new member of the Management Board)

Biographies

Mikhail Arkhipov joined NLMK in January 2018 as Vice President, HR & Management System. From 2013 to 2018, he was member of the Management Board and Vice President of HR at MTS Group. From 2009 to 2013, he held various positions at the HR Department at SIBUR up to HR Director. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Arkhipov worked in senior management positions in HR at SUN InBev and KPMG. Mr. Arkhipov graduated with honours from the Faculty of Sociology of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Eugene Ovcharov joined NLMK in 1998. Mr. Ovcharov help the positions of Director for Internal Control and Risk Management, Head of Corporate Finance, and senior management positions at the Department of Economics and Finance. In 2016, he was appointed NLMK Vice President of Risk Management. He graduated from Lipetsk State Technical University. Ph.D., Ec.

Sergey Chebotarev joined NLMK in 2000 as an economist in the Fuel and Energy Complex Department. He was Head of Energy Policy Management and Director for Energy Efficiency and Energy Markets, before being promoted to Vice President of Energy in 2016. He graduated from Lipetsk State Technical University, majoring in Applied Mathematics. Ph.D., Tech.
