Consumer service center of Chuvashenergo branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC summarized the work for Q1 2018

The Consumer Service Center of Chuvashenergo Branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group) summarized progress in Q1 of the current year. For the first three months, 756 applications were submitted to the CSC with various issues.

In most cases the clients make applications for technological connection to the grids of Chuvashenergo Branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC. In Q1 2018, 474 such applications were submitted. For the reporting period, 553 agreements (taking into account the applications made earlier) for technological connection for the total maximum capacity of about 9,855 kW have been entered into.

 Apart from applications for technological connection, clients apply with a whole range of other issues related to electrification in rural settlements, issue and approval of documents. For example, 65 applications were received in respect to power supply of socially significant facilities. The clients also file applications related to electric power measuring, i.e. repair, installation, replacement, sealing of meters, etc.

 One of areas in client-oriented policy of the branch is organization and holding of regular meetings with consumers. Chuvashenergo management regularly organizes personal meetings with power consumers in all districts of the Republic.

IDGC of Volga, PJSC, is an interregional grid company with power reserves in power supply centers of 7 regions of the Privolzhsky Federal District. Effective and high quality work has been organized in the company to provide a complex service of technological connection to grids with the purpose to create an option for power consumption (output) that results in actual connection of consumers’ power plants to grid facilities.

Apart from the CSC in Cheboksary located at 4/4 I. Yakovleva avenue, consumers of Chuvash Republic may forward their applications to Chuvashenergo branch production departments situated in the cities of Cheboksary (13 Gladkova street, phone No. (8352) 39-95-65), Alatyr (19 Gagarina street, phone No. (83531) 2-97-03) and Kanash (267 Zheleznodorozhnaya street, phone No. (83533) 3-89-63). For the sake of the clients’ convenience, applications are also received in each of the branch’s power distribution zones and by sending the same via Russian Post. Centers and points for consumers service are established and operate in regions of company’s business area.

User Accounts are available at the official website of the Company (www.mrsk-volgi.ru). With its help it is possible to make applications for technological connections and other services. Besides, an application for technological connection may also be submitted via Rosseti PJSC Grid Services Portal (https://ïîðòàë-òï.ðô).
