The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE) included the Report of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of North-West Telecom for 2007-2008 on the National Register of Corporate Non-Financial Reports.

The Report of Corporate Social Responsibility of N.W.Telecom by the results of 2007-2008 was published in September 2009. The report presents in detail all the “non-financial” aspects of the Company’s activity: customer service, corporate governance, development of local communities, personnel policy, and occupational safety and environmental policy. The electronic version of the Report is available on the N.W.Telecom’s corporate website https://www.nwtelecom.ru/ru/godovoi_othet. 

“The fact of official registration of our report by the RUIE Register means public recognition of importance of non-financial reporting, appreciation of the Company's efforts by the business community, and another major step in the development of North-West Telecom as a socially responsible enterprise,” said Ella Tomilina, Associate General Manager (Corporate Relations.)

In his letter to V. A. Akulich, General Manager of N.W.Telecom, RUIE Executive Vice-President F. T. Prokopov noted, “Considering your company’s practice of socially responsible business, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs suggests that N.W.Telecom should join the Social Charter of Russian Business.”
