CenterTelecom is announcing personnel appointments aimed at the improvement of internal business processes and the company’s general performance.

In connection with the retirement of Nikolay Fedosovich Chugunkov, Deputy General Director and SmolenskTelecom (a CenterTelecom branch) Director Shairko Alexander Nikolaevich is being appointed the acting branch director as of May 1, 2004.

In connection with the retirement of Vladimir Fedorovich Korolkov Deputy General Director and Yartelecom (a CenterTelecom branch) Director Saprykin Andrey Valentinovich is being appointed the acting branch director as of June 1, 2004. Formerly he was Deputy General Director and Director of KostromaTelecom (a CenterTelecom branch).

On June 1, 2004 Alexander Genyevich Dogadin was appointed acting Deputy General Director and KostromaTelecom (a CenterTelecom branch) acting Director.
