Moscow, Russia– 14 December 2015 – Sistema JSFC (“Sistema” or the “Company”) (LSE: SSA) today announces the successful placement of its Series 001Đ-03 exchange-traded bonds with a total amount of RUB 10 billion. 

The bond matures in 819 days with no embedded options. The first coupon is 12.70% per annum, with subsequent coupons equal to the Bank of Russia key rate plus 170 b.p. The Lead-Manager  for this placement is Gazprombank.
