By the decision of the board of directors of SISTEMA JSFC Sergei Drozdov has been appointed first vice president of SISTEMA JSFC and chief of the Corporation’s property complex.

Sergei Alexeevich Drozdov was born on November 29, 1970, in the city of Arkhangelsk.In 1993 he graduated from the S.Ordzhonikidze State academy of management, has a scientific degree in economics.  

In 1994 and 1995 Sergei Drozdov headed the financial innovation and marketing administration of Moscow’s property fund. He has been with SISTEMA JSFC since 1995. From 1995to 1998 he headed the Corporation’s department of development and investments.From 1998 to 2002 Sergei Drozdov was the vice president, acting president andfirst vice president of SISTEMA-INVEST JSC. From May 15, 2002, till his new appointment Sergei Drozdov was the acting vice president, chief of the Corporation’s department of corporate property.
