October 31, 2016, the Board of Directors PJSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" ahead of schedule stopped powers of General Director of JSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" Evgeny Ushakov. From 1 November 2016 the company will implement General Director of JSC IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev. 
Previously, JSC "rosseti" took a decision on the introduction of a unified management of the PJSC "IDGC of Centre" and JSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region". This measure is aimed at increasing production and financial efficiency of companies, reducing operating costs and ensuring reliable power supply of all categories of consumers.
Oleg Y. Isaev was born in 1969. Graduated from Military red banner Institute in the specialty "Jurisprudence" and the Russian Academy of State service under the President of the Russian Federation, specialty "State and municipal management". Doctor of juridical Sciences.
In the period from 1987 to 2008, Oleg Isaev served in various positions in the organs of military justice, Federal service for special construction, Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, acting first Deputy General Director of "Russian Technologies — logistics system." In 2009-2010 worked as Deputy General Director of OJSC "Moscow United electric grid company". From 2011 to 2012 was the General Director of JSC "VO "Tekhnopromexport". Since 2012 head of the PJSC "IDGC of Centre".

Is a member of the Board of the Moscow chamber of Commerce and industry, member of the Board of Directors of JSC "MOESK" Chairman of the Committee for technological connection to electric networks under the Board of Directors of JSC "MOESK" member of the strategy Committee of the Board of Directors of JSC "FGC UES".
