Moscow, 12 May 2008. On 15 May and 22 May 2008, RAO "UES of Russia" will hold meetings with its shareholders to discuss the final phase of the Company's reorganization.
Shareholders will receive exhaustive answers to the most frequently asked questions: What will happen to shares of RAO "UES of Russia"? What assets and when will RAO UES shareholders receive after the reorganization of RAO "UES of Russia"? How can the shareholders receive proof of ownership of their shares in the new energy companies? What should shareholders do after 1 July?
