LSR Group has acquired several land plots for construction of nearly 310,000 sq. m of housing in Yekaterinburg. 

The first plot of approximately 6 ha is located within the boundaries of Blucherà Street and Danily Zvereva Street. It is planned to build nearly 100,000 sq. m of comfort-class housing here by 2022. We will utilize pre-fab technology with energy-efficient seamless facades. The project will feature a pedestrian walkway crossing the site and multi-level parking areas. This is the first land plot in the eastern part of Yekaterinburg to be developed by LSR Group.

The second land plot with a total area of approximately 0.5 ha is located within the boundaries of Kunarskaya Street, Rastochnaya Street and Bilimbayevskaya Street. We plan to construct a mass market residential project with a total area of 11,000 sq. m here in 2016-2018. The site will benefit from its location. It has a good access to public transport and roads but at the same time the project will be hidden from noise behind the existing buildings. A green area and a stadium are located within walking distance. LSR Group has already implemented two projects in this part of the city – “Lokomotiv” and “Progress”. 

The third plot with an area of 26 ha is on the border of Akademichesky and Shirokaya Rechka districts (Verhneufaleyskaya Street, Landau Street and Tenistaya Street). The project will be implemented in partnership with another company by 2022. LSR Group will construct its share of approximately 200,000 sq. m. We are currently building our residential project Michurinsky in this part of the city, combining detached houses and apartment buildings. 

The projects are at design and permitting stage now. We will start construction on one of the land plots already in 2016.
