LSR Group plans to change its current dividend policy.  

The summary of amendments that the Board of Directors will review is the following:
1. Minimum payout ratio – increase it in accordance with historically paid dividends and future plans.
2. Dividend frequency payments – move to the payment of semi-annual dividends. Details on interim dividends are expected to be announced alongside the publications of the Company’s first 6 month results every year.
