The Unified Register of Housing Developers published the updated rating of Russian companies based on the volume of housing under construction. The project is supported by the National Union of Housing Developers (NOZA). Once again LSR Group tops the rating.  

In September LSR Group increased construction volume by 93.6 th sq. m, from 3.84 mln sq. m to 3.93 sq. m, which is 75.7 th sq. m (2 %) ahead of the next company in the list.

LSR Group is also the leader by the number of buildings under construction: currently 238 buildings are under construction (235 blocks of flats, one terraced house and two apartment buildings).

LSR Group carries out business activities in several regions of the Russian Federation, including Moscow and the Moscow region, Saint Petersburg and Yekaterinburg. Currently the company is implementing several large-scale projects, including Civilization, Novaya Okhta and Yuzhnaya Akvatoriya in Saint Petersburg, ZILART and Luchi in Moscow, Michurinsky and Rassvetny in Yekaterinburg. Most of the company’s projects are located in Saint Petersburg, where we have 2.7 mln sq. m of housing under construction in various segments. 

National Union of Housing Developers carries out a regular survey of Russia’s housing construction market. Based on the information obtained from project declarations and companies’ web-sites the rating of top Russia’s real estate developers is published, which is acknowledged not only in Russia but also abroad.
