The winners of the national stage of FIABCI PRIX D`EXCELLENCE 2018 “The best implemented project in Russia’s real estate development market” were announced. LSR Group’s residential project Neva Haus won in the category “Residential real estate (medium -rise)”. 

In 2018, the Russian short-list included 87 real estate projects. Real estate developers from 26 regions of Russia competed to be acknowledged as the best construction companies.

All-Russian Competition FIABCI-Russia “The best implemented project in Russia’s real estate development market” is a national level of the World Competition FIABCI Prix d’Exellence Awards, one of the most prestigious world contests in the area of real estate carried out by FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) since 1992 with the assistance of The Wall Street Journal. It is the only professional competition in Russia which has an access to the international level: winners of the national competition compete on the international level.
