LSR Group has been announced a winner of Federal Commercial Real Estate Awards 2007, one of the most prestigious contests run by Russian construction industry. The company received a CRE award in nomination «Business Centre Class A — St. Petersburg» for constructing and commissioning a new business centre — Apollo.

The award was presented in the Congress Hall of the Raddison SAS Lazurnaya Hotel in Sochi on June 16.

This year over 50 real estate projects from all over Russia from Kaliningrad to Novosibirsk took part in the Federal Commercial Real Estate Awards contest.

The total floor area of the Apollo Business Centre is over 9,000 m.², and its high engineering level is confirmed, for instance, by the fact that the St. Petersburg Branch Office of Deutsche UFG, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank is willing to get office space at Apollo.

The new business centre will be managed by A Plus Estate, a company of LSR Group.
