March 28, 2005: Irkut Corporation has paid bond interest for the sixth (last) coupon and redeemed principle amount of ruble-nominated A01 series bonds (securities state registration number 4-01-00040-A). The coupon interest payment totaled RUR 23,934 mln., the amount of principle payment RUR 600 mln. The payments were made through the issue’s paying agent  – Vnesheconombank.

Irkut Corporation has paid 39.89 rubles of coupon interest and redeemed par value of 1000 rubles per bond in full. Sixth coupon rate is 8.0 % per annum.

Underwriters of thisbond issue were Alfa-Bank, NOMOS-Bank, Vnesheconombank and Investment Company “Region”.
