The Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak was re-elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Rosseti. This decision was taken unanimously at the absentia meeting of the Board of Directors on August 23, 2018.

It should be reminded that in June of this year the shareholders of PJSC Rosseti elected the new Board of Directors of the company at the annual General Meeting in the amount of 15 people.
