On 10 June 2009, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of IDGC of North-West elected the Company’s Board of Directors in the structure of 11 people.

The structure of the Board of Directors included: General Director of JSC "IDGC Holding" Nikolay Shvets, representative of NP STS Sergey Popovsky, Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry for Energy of the Russian Federation Valery Shogenov, First Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of JSC "UES FGC" (FEES02) Sergey Ivanov, General Director of the Operational Dispatch Management of the North-West - a branch of JSC "FGC UES" Vasily Sinyansky, General Director of IDGC of North-West Alexander Kukhmay, Deputy General Director of JSC «"Energoatom” Concern» Alexander Hvalko, Deputy General Director of JSC "IDGC Holding" Alexey Demidov, Deputy General Director of JSC "IDGC Holding" Alexander Popov, Deputy General Director of JSC «”Energy Union“ Investment Holding» (Energosoyuz) Tatyana Dronova, General Director of Kiuru Ltd. Remes Seppo Juha.

Let' us remind that 20 candidates were recommended to the structure of the Board of Directors. JSC "IDGC Holding" (55.38% of voting shares) recommended 11 nominees, HQ Bankaktiebolag

(3.01% of voting shares) recommended 1 nominee, Energosoyuz Holding Limited (5.65% of voting shares) recommended 4 nominees, and MMC Norilsk Nickel (2.56 % of voting shares) - 4 nominees.

Today shareholders have elected the Company’s auditing committee in the structure of 5 people. HLB Vneshaudit, CJSC, was approved the 2009 auditor of IDGC of North-West.
