IDGC of the North-West, JSC is preparing proposals on implementation of a pilot project for adoption of “One stop shop” regime during performance of technological connection to the grids of the Company and those of FGC UES, JSC within the territory of one of the branches. By the order of General Director of IDGC of the North-West Sergey Titov, directors of the company branches have been instructed to ensure constant control of the quality of services provided and service consumers servicing quality in the field of technological connection and electric energy transmission as well as to ensure operation of “hot lines” on electric power supply issues.
