That is 109% from the planned amount of financing.
In particular, in 12 months of the previous year 2.7 thous.km of transmission lines with voltage of 35-220 kV and 4.1 thous.km of networks with voltage of 0.4-20 kV were repaired in North-West grid complex. 26 transformers with voltage of 35-220 kV and power capacity of 258.1 MVA were repaired.
According to Vladimir Voiloshnikov, Head of grid complex exploitation, great attention should be paid to networks with 0.4-10 kV voltage through which the majority of consumers receive electric energy. “These are the “hot” distributive networks, as they receive most of the damage from natural disasters”, he said.
Nowadays, 9 thou 647 km (5.5% of all grids with voltage of 0.4-150) of North-West grids are in poor condition and need repair.
Besides, scope of repair of distributive grids decrease with years because of insufficiency of tariff on power transmission. Another problem is that under the Forest Code that is in effect since 2008, to carry out clearing of right-of-ways power men must execute contracts on lease of forest ranges that PTL are to cross. “Lease costs will equal 5-10 mln rbl a year for each DGC depending on the region. We’ll have to take money from resources of repair program”, note specialists of IDGC of the North-West.
