Moscow, December 5, 2002 - OAO RBC Information Systems (RTS: RBCI; MICEX: RU14RBCI4001), a media and IT company, has been included on the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu 2002 European Technology Fast 500 rating list. This is a European rating of the fastest growing companies of the hi-tech sector. The rating has been recognized as an objective European standard for the software, system integration and telecommunication industries.
The rating was composed on the basis of the average revenue growth rate enjoyed by participating companies over the three-year period from 1999 until 2001. The average rate of growth for the 500 companies included on the rating list reached 528% over the above-mentioned period. The average rate of growth for RBC, which is no. 72 of this rating list, was 705% over the three years.
