RBC audited 2001 financial results 2001 and announcement of Aton as lead manager and underwriter.

With the upcoming initial public offering in April 2002 on RTS and MICEX, RBC announces Aton Capital to act as a lead manager. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer are the legal advisers to the underwriter. Ernst and Young are the legal advisers to the issuer.

Total Revenue for the financial year ending December 31, 2001 was US$ 16.95 million. Media based revenues (consisting of information services and advertising) amounted to US$ 9.85 million, while IT revenues (consisting of software development, off-shore programming, system integration, and consulting) amounted to US$ 7.1 million. Net profit for the year 2001 was US$ 6.3 million, a 260% increase over 2000 (US$ 2.37 million). The development dynamic confirms earlier forecasts, and RBC continues to demonstrate its steady growth.
