Moscow - June 30, 2008: Rostelecom (NYSE: ROS; RTS, MICEX: RTKM, RTKMP), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, announced that the Company’s Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year 2007 has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) today.
