On March 15, 2010 Alexander Alexandrovich Shkryl was appointed Director of the Telecommunications Department of the General Management.
Mr. Shkryl was born in Orsk, Orenburg Oblast, on February 10, 1966.
In 1989, he graduated from the Cherepovets Military Electronics College in "Radio Communication.” In 2005, he received his second higher education diploma at the Bonch-Bruevich St. Petersburg State Telecommunications University (“Enterprise Economy and Management.”)
He started his career in the communications industry in 1995 in Vologda Oblast as Category 2 electronic engineer of Cherepovets Communication Enterprise, where he became the head of the engineering service in 2000. In 2004 he was relocated from the position of Chief Engineer, Cherepovets United Communication Center of the Vologda Oblast Elektrosvyaz branch of N.W.Telecom to St. Petersburg, where he served until March 2010 as Technical Manager of the St. Petersburg Branch of N.W.Telecom.
Mr. Shkryl is married and has a son and a daughter.
In the position of Director of the Telecommunications Department of the N.W.Telecom General Management, Mr. Shkryl will manage and supervise efficient functioning, operation, and development of N.W.Telecom telecommunication networks, and coordinate occupational safety of N.W.Telecom employees.
Alexander Alexandrovich Shkryl succeeded the former Director of the Telecommunications Department Rodion Faratovich Fathullin, who was appointed Regional Manager / General Manager of the Novgorod Branch of N.W.Telecom on February 19, 2010.
