Customer service center of Mordovenergo sums up performance 2015

The Customer Service Center (CSC) of Mordovenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), summed up the results of activities implemented in 2015. Over the reporting period, CSC registered 4,008 calls, with 1,846 calls being requests for technological connection. Judging by the number of requests, the activity of individual consumers increased: last year they filed 1,515 requests.
In 2015, the company signed 1,659 agreements for technological connection (including requests submitted in 2014) for the total capacity of 59.3 MW. According to the declared capacity dominating requests from customers were related to such industries as construction, wholesale and retail trade.
The number of actual connections in 2015 decreased in quantitative terms, but increased by actually connected capacity of 2014:
1,662 connections with the total power of 39.8 MW vs. 1,629 connections with the total power of 64.1 MW.
