IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) summarized the results of the repair program implementation for 2017. The scheduled activities were carried out in accordance with the approved plans. During the first three months of the current year, the power engineers repaired 72.2 km of overhead lines with voltage of 0.4–110 kV.
More than 500 insulators were replaced during the work performed. The complex repair of four substations of 35–110 kV, 269 power transformers of 35–110 kV, 307 switches of 6–35 kV, 292 transformer substations of 6–10/0.4 kV was performed. OHL routes were actively cleared. The clearing was carried out in forest corridors with total area of 73.5 hectares. The works were carried out using mulching machines.
Timely and high-quality repair program fulfillment is one of the essentials of stable work of the power equipment and power supply for consumers. Implementation of repair program in accordance with the approved schedules, plans and quality standards allows to prepare the power grid of IDGC of Volga, PJSC to the uninterrupted power during autumn and winter period 2017/2018. The main scope of repair work is carried out from April till September.
