General Director of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, Vladimir Ryabikin, took part in the 2nd module of the training event “Strategy and tactics in the era of digitalization with regard to the electrical grid industry”, organized by PJSC Rosseti.

The main topic was the cross-cutting technologies of the digital industry and its applicability within the energy industry. Particular attention was paid to the quality of service and data security in the application of cloud technologies, as well as the introduction of microservices.

 The technologies of working with BigData in the digital economy were also discussed. "Certainly, modern power engineers are familiar with the concepts of big data and cloud technologies. However, it was very useful to get and discuss with colleagues and experts information on these topics, specifically accumulated and focused on the electric power industry,” Vladimir Ryabikin said.
