Also during the reporting period, the company signed 1,179 contracts (taking into account applications submitted in earlier periods) for technological connection of energy-consuming devices of customers to grids for a total capacity of 47.3 MW. When submitting applications for technological connection, many customers have used the company's personal account on the website of IDGC of Volga (www.mrsk-volgi.ru).

In addition, "Bright country" portal of ROSSETI Group of Companies (ñâåòëàÿñòðàíà.ðô) operates in the regions of the zone of responsibility of IDGC of Volga. With it, consumers can leave messages about problems, such as power outages, voltage imbalances, defects of power equipment.
