Ulyanovsk Branch of Rosseti Volga received 1,626 appeals from consumers

Specialists of the customer relations department of the Ulyanovsk Grids branch of Rosseti Volga (a brand of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) received and processed 1,626 consumer requests for the first five months of this year. Of these, 575 applications are for technological connection.

Most of the applications came from individuals to join private residential households. Entrepreneurs most often turn to the issues of joining farms, storage facilities, commercial stationary objects. Part of the applications comes from municipal authorities for technological connection of street lighting facilities and social infrastructure of villages.

Specialists of the customer relations department are always ready to advise potential consumers and give the most detailed explanations about the process of technological connection and the procedure for connecting to electric grids, as well as help fill out the necessary documents. Since the beginning of the year, 325 consumers have already signed contracts for connecting to Rosseti Volga grids. Among them are a kindergarten in the village of Sosnovka, feldsher-obstetric centers in the villages of Beloye Ozero and Nagaevo, a farm in the Karsunsky district, recreation centers in the Innsky and Melekessky districts, a school canteen in the village of Lugovoye, a cultural center in the village of Polbino, street lighting facilities in Melekessky, Tsilninsky, Inzen, Karsun districts, etc.

In addition to applications for technological connection, consumers often turn to customer service centers for re-issuing technical documentation when changing ownership or changing the validity period of technical conditions. Compared to the same period last year, the total number of consumer appeals increased by 18.5 %.
