By the Expert PA data, Bank Vozrozhdeniye is among the top 200 Russian companies covering all fields of activities. It should be noted, that apart from Bank Vozrozhdeniye only two more commercial banks out of all financial and credit institutions were ranked among the largest companies. By Expert PA, the main criteria in rating compilation was the market value (capitalization) of the company. The table containing a number of evaluation ratios of the performance results and volumes of the share trading sessions covers 200 Russian companies with the highest market capitalization as of September 2nd 2002.

At the moment, Bank Vozrozhdeniye is the only Russian bank whose ordinary shares are traded on the International stock market in the form of American Depository Receipts (ADR).

Most of transactions with the Bank Vozrozhdeniye's ADRs are conducted on the Frankfurt, Berlin and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges. In July 1996, American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered the first level ADRs issue program for the Bank Vozrozhdeniye's shares.
