MGTS-Nedvizhimost CJSC retains a 49% stake in Rent-Nedvizhimost CJSC.

The independent appraisal was conducted by Cushman & Wakefield. The transaction was approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) and has received all necessary internal corporate approvals .
