First corporate pension plans assigned by private pension fund "TRANSNEFT". Recipients are the former employees of JSC "Giprotruboprovod" Mrs Bocharova, Mr Dudko, and Mr Sabadash whose seniority to sum will accede 110 years of employment.

PPF "Transneft" is one of the most important instruments of implementation of the broad social program by JSC "TRANSNEFT". The fund has signed 22 agreements with Company's affiliates on private pension plans provisions for their employees. Enterprises transfer the amount equal to 12 % of salary schedule on joint account. Investments plans developed for private individuals as well.

From January 1, 2005 PPF "TRANSNEFT" implements new corporate program, based on share holding in savings of the of pension contributions of investor (employer) and participant (employee). On an inscribed account all the contributions of the investor and his own as well as investment income will be reflected. I.e. those wishing to participate in the program, will gain an opportunity to receive two pensions: corporate, minimum counting to 15% of salary scale for the day of retirement and corporate with share holding scheme depending on the amount saved on pension plan account of a participant.
