Evgeny Mikhailovich Shkolov, earlier took a post of assistant to the RF President Administration Manager, was appointed Vice President of Transneft.

Evgeny Shkolov was born on August 31, 1955. In 1975 he graduated from Ivanovo State Energy Institute. He held a variety of management positions: external affairs Director of the Administration of the City of Ivanovo, Director-coordinator of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Guild of Ivanovo region, Chief Federal Inspector in Ivanovo region.  

Currently he also takes a role of member of the Board of Directors of Transneft.
