TGC-1 presents its performance highlights for Q1 2020

Electricity output of TGC-1, including JSC Murmanskaya CHPP, for Q1 2020 comprised 8,262.2 million kWh, which is 1.3% lower than for the same period of 2019.

Comparable electricity output at TGC-1 condensed heat power plants decreased by 10.7%. The electricity output by hydro power plants decreased by 18.5% due to the lower water content in the regions where company operates in the reporting period.

The volume of heat output from collectors of TGC-1, including JSC Murmanskaya CHPP, comprised 8,733.8 thousand Gcal, which is 10.3% lower than for the Q1 2019 due to the higher ambient temperatures in the reporting period.

TGC-1 (part of Gazprom Energoholding Group) is a leading producer and supplier of electricity and heat in the North-West of Russia. TGC-1 comprises 53 power plants within four constituent entities of the Russian Federation: St. Petersburg, the Republic of Karelia, and Leningrad and Murmansk Oblasts.
