Aleksey Dmitrievich Glushchenko, Senior Vice-President – Strategy Implementation Center Manager of CJSC “IES”, was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. In connection with this event, authority of A.D.Glushchenko as a member of the Board was ceased.
Board of Directors recognized some of the OJSC “TGC-9” documents invalid in relation to ratification of the Charter of the Company in the new edition. The Board of Directors also entrusted the General Manager of the Company to conduct the inventory of the internal documentation and present the Board of Directors the offers of putting the documentation into accordance with the Charter of OJSC “TGC-9”.
Board of Directors approved the plan of OJSC “TGC-9” investment cash flow for 2008.
