On the 18th of April OJSC "TGC-9" being the part of IES-Holding carried out award presentation of the winners of Heat Consumers Contest "Golden Holdup".

The federal contest "Golden Holdup" is taking place for the fourth time among the territory units of Russian Federation. Heat consumers are awarded for the second time. At first this contest was carried out by RAO "UES of Russia" with support of Ministry of Industry and Power. IES-Holding which is the new main shareholder of OJSC "TGC-9" fully backed the idea of performing this contest, so now TGC-9 awards the best heat consumers of 2007 within all the territory of its activity.

OJSC "TGC-9" gives prizes of the "Golden Holdup" contest to the best consumers, who meet the conditions of heat supply contracts precisely and in time, use modern accounting systems and systems of power consumption control, comply with the power consumption conditions. Power engineers and the best consumers are the holdup of further development of Perm Region and its economy.

Within the contest category "heating power" the best companies-participants were awarded in 4 nominations:

- industrial enterprise,

- state and municipal enterprise, housing and public utilities enterprise,

- condominium,

- small enterprise.

TGC-9 proclaimed "LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez", Ltd. to be the best consumer 2007 in "Industrial enterprise" nomination. The other prize-winners were "Uralorgsintez", Ltd. and OJSC "Corporation VSMPO-AVISMA".

Among the state and municipal enterprises, housing and public utilities enterprises the winner became "Orlenok" (municipal comprehensive institution, children’s sport school). The prizes of "Golden Holdup" also went to "Housing service of Dzerzhinsky District" and "Perm State Agricultural Academy".

The main prize of the category "Condominium" was given to HC "Lunacharskogo, 131", the other prizes went to housing cooperatives "Pine forest" and "Popova, 23"

"Yantar", Ltd. from Krasnokamsk was awarded the "Golden Holdup" among the small-scale business enterprises. The other prize winners were Perm public organization "Football Club "Amkar" and IE Minayatov Amirshah Mamedshah-ogly.
