| The Bank's equity funds amount to RUR 3.1 billion. The loan portfolio of the Bank as of 01.04.2004 increased by 19% compared to the beginning of the current year and reached RUR 21.8 billion. The customer balances have increased by RUR 700 ml and exceeded RUR 22.3 billion including the borrowed deposits from individuals which, as before, continued to grow and increased by nearly RUR 1.7 billion up to RUR 12.0 billion.
During the 1st quarter the Bank issued over 22,000 bankcards, and their number has already exceeded 436,000 items. The total of the Bank Vozrozhdeniye's bankcard operations for the 1st quarter of the year 2004 made over RUR 5.6 billion, which exceeded by 2.1 times the respective amount for the period of the year 2003.
